SMS Consent & Program Details

Program Information
- Program / Brand

- Purpose
- Operational jobsite reporting messages: daily report reminders, report confirmations, missed-call follow-ups, and secure photo upload links related to jobsite daily reports.
- Message Frequency
- Message frequency varies by reporting schedule — typically 1–2 messages per reporting day on active project days. No messages are sent on days with no scheduled reports.

What Messages You Will Receive
- Welcome SMS — Sent when a project manager assigns you to a project. Includes program details, message frequency, data rate notice, STOP/HELP instructions, and a request to confirm by replying YES or START.
- Confirmation SMS — Sent after you reply YES or START to confirm enrollment. Confirms your subscription is active and repeats opt-out instructions.
- Missed-Call Follow-Up — If SiteRecord's automated daily report call doesn't connect, you may receive an SMS with a link to submit your report online.
- Photo Upload Link — After completing a voice report, you may receive an SMS with a secure link to upload jobsite photos for that day's report.
How End Users Opt In (All Methods)
Method 1: Employer-Entered Number with Double Opt-In Confirmation
This is the primary opt-in method used by SiteRecord. The process works as follows:
- A project manager (the "Account Holder") adds a subcontractor to a project in the SiteRecord web application. The project manager enters the subcontractor's name and mobile phone number.
- SiteRecord automatically sends a welcome SMS to the subcontractor's phone number. This message includes: the SiteRecord brand name, the purpose of the messages, message frequency (1–2 msgs/reporting day), "Msg & data rates may apply," STOP/HELP instructions, and links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- The welcome SMS explicitly asks the subcontractor to reply YES or START to confirm and activate SMS notifications. No further SMS messages are sent until the subcontractor confirms.
- When the subcontractor replies YES or START, SiteRecord records their consent with a timestamp and sends a confirmation message. Only then do recurring SMS notifications begin.

Opt-Out and Help
Opt out: Reply STOP to any SiteRecord message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
Re-subscribe: Reply START or YES at any time to re-activate SMS notifications.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support at support@siterecord.com.
Consent Tracking
SiteRecord maintains records of SMS consent for compliance and audit purposes. Each opt-in confirmation (YES/START reply) is logged in our database with a timestamp. Opt-out requests (STOP) are processed immediately and the consent status is updated. The Account Holder's initial assignment and welcome SMS delivery are also recorded with timestamps.
